After more than 18 years of culinary experience in California, Joseph Lu started N.C.I.Sushi in Shida Night Market in 2011 with a mission to introduce American-style sushi in Taiwan. Years of hard work, great friends, and a loyal clientele made this endeavor a huge success. Now with a solid establishment in Da-an District, 

Jo’s team has created N.C.I.Sushi Express a lunch-style eatery that 

represents a life-long dream and a commitment he made to his 

late father. N.C.I.Sushi Express offers an affordable, quick meal with an emphasis on flavor and presentation.
